KBS Open Concert and Festival (04/12/2014)
Departure: 6am ;; Arrival: 8am ;; Festival start: 10am ;; Concert seating: 4pm - 6pm ;; Concert: 7pm - 10pm

We arrived at the venue around 8am and just sat in the parking lot until they started allowing people into the festival area. the festival area was terrible. Very tiny for over 10,000 bodies, over the course of 6 hours. And the festival part was free!!!! So there were a lot of people! The festival area was about the size of a fast food restaurant parking lot, plus some.

There were also very few booths (say around 8 merch booths and 8 food booths, plus information and a will call booth). The main attraction at the festival was the free korean entertainment posters (kdramas and variety show promo posters) and the side stage, which held the talent contest and dancing mobs for the fans. I only stayed around the festival for the talent contest and the second half of the dance mobs. After that I left to roam around before they allowed people into the venue.

During the festival, I get to meet up with :iconalvichi: !!! She even gave me a handmade Baro keychain!!! Ugh so nice.

Entering the venue was hectic, for those who were able to get tickets. The scanners weren't working at the gate that everyone was suppose to enter at, so we were all moved. My friends and I all rushed to get in, because we wanted to get to the meet and greet for Chad Future. Good thing, his meet and greet didn't end, by the time we got to the dramafever booth.

Me, being a fan of his for nearly 3 years and last seeing him at KCON12, I was really happy to see him again. Most of all, I was estatic that he knew who I was, despite us only chatting on twitter since KCON12. He recognized me by my hair and complimented it's color ((good thing I was wearing a hat or else he would have seen how bad my roots were lol)). He also said that I was a great artist and ahhhhh. He's so humble and kind in person. He's just really great once you get passed all the hate he gets for being different. After our quick chat, we took a picture together and he signed it, since he ran out of photos. yeaaaahhh!!!!!!

The concert was amazing but really cold!!!! The energy was really great, despite there being groups that I didn't really listen to. Dynamic Duo, I hear of but didn't really listen to most of their songs, but they really got me hyped up for the second half of the concert, which had 2pm, Infinite, and SHINee to help close up the concert. Even though we had seats that were really far, we could still see what was going on on the stage and it was nice. We actually seat hopped to better seats, before the second half, so it was even better lmao.

Spring Break: Las Vegas (04/ 13- 17 / 2014)
Day 1: Arrival
We arrived at 4AM and hung out at a sandwich restaurant for nearly 2-3 hours, until we decided that we should go and sleep in the car, until it was time to check in to out villa. Which was ridiculous because we couldn't check in until noon... So we basically just stayed in the car until then. Personally, I didn't understand why we left so late at night, only to arrive super early for our check in. It was a Sunday night and a Monday morning, so traffic wouldn't have been that bad in Vegas. Oh well.
When we finally were able to check in, the villa was amazing. 2 bed rooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, a living space, dining room, and washing machines. The master bedroom had a Jacuzzi bath, big enough for all of my friends to sit in. Keep in mind, that there was a total of 6 of us!!!! That first day, we just settled into our villa and relaxed for the rest of the week to come.

Day 2: Stratosphere,  M&M factory, Coca Cola Factory
This day we went to the Stratosphere to ride 2 of the 3 rides that resided 900ft above the Vegas strip. The adrenaline was amazing, but for me that 900ft didn't seem that much at all. I wish we could have gone higher. LOL. We went on the X-Scream, which is a mini roller coaster like ride that drops you down at a vertical angle, towards the ground. The second one, we went on Insanity, which was the one that spins you off the building and above the strip! So much fun~~~ Afterwards, we just went to the M&M and Coca cola stores and went sight seeing over at New York New York and Excalibur.

Day 3: Exploring hotels and walking the strip
Day 3 was where all we did was walking and exploring the strip. Since we're college students and half of us didn't work, we focused mostly on doing free things such as exploring hotels and watching free shows. When we got home, the boys went out to drink and gamble for a bit. They didn't get back to the villa until 2am and stayed up until dawn, playing games.

Day 4: Walking the strip II, Circus Circus, Gonala rides
Next day, the first half was just the girls hanging out, while the boys recovered. We went to Caesars Palace for the second time so I could admire the architecture and statues. Then we went to a botanical garden and met up with the boys, afterwards at the Adventure Dome of Circus Circus. The girls and I were the only ones who rode rides, the boys ventured off to gamble again. = =;;; Afterwards, we went to the Venetian to ride the Gondala boats! The Gondalas were really nice and was a relaxing way to end the day, since we had to go back to the villa early to pack for check out, the next day.

Day 5: Siegfried and Roy's secret garden, Titanic museum, CSI: The Experience, High Roller Ferris Wheel
Our last day, we scrabbled to do last minute packing and cleaned up the villa so we could check out. No one wanted to go home yet, so we wend various places. Since the Titanic museum was right there, when we purchased our tickets, we went there first. It was really spine chilling. Like, no really, it was really cold in there, as they tried to make the atmosphere a fraction of how it was when the Titanic was around. I swear that the first half, it felt like the space was swaying like I was on an actual boat.
Next we went to the Siegfried and Roy's Secret Garden and dolphin habitat. It was alright, in all honesty. It was really hot that day so the wild cats were just lazing around, soaking up the sun. While there, we bumped into Siegfried, so my friends took a picture with him! ^^ After was the CSI: the Experience activity. Basically we were given a chance to solve a case on our own and given a diploma afterwards, if we solved it correctly. We all received one.
Lastly was the High Roller Ferris Wheel. It's one of the newest attractions in Vegas, reaching as high as 500ft above the strip. Since we went at night, the scenery was beautiful and flooded with a sea of lights from all the hotels. It was truly a beautiful scene that I wouldn't mind going back to. Especially on a date. But unfortunately, they put at least 25-30 people into one room for one rotation, so going on a date on the High Roller wouldn't exactly be romantic if you want to be alone with your loved one.
